Some people on juries criticize players for things that the players have no way of knowing since they're... you know... still in the game

"How did this person not know that this was happening?" Well... you didn't know either until you went to the jury and saw it, but maybe you forgot that part?

When people get mad at bottom-feeders and loners who make ftc over them and rage about how shit they are when they were happy to keep them in the game until the second they were the ones voted out



Hope Sarah doesn't get down about reading what this lot are saying, girl's a champ and I root for her unconditionally. I was only with Cass for a total of 2 rounds the whole game and she's tainted with Faroe for me, but she was also who people were telling me to vote so I can't be that salty at her. I'm sure she's played great, her messages were pretty hot when I was around her. Never interacted with Yul, am definitely tainted by his bitching session about me to Andrea, but yeah no comment.

Hoping for Sarah to get 2nd place if Cass really does have this locked down

- Sun Aug 27, 2017 3:24:55 pm #10305 In All Stars, things got very contentious with the jury as I recall, and near the end of the FTC, people were out right making pitches for who they thought should win in the actual live thread. But it was a live thread, in the moment, and me, Melinda and Shane were answering very tough questions on the spot, so I can kind of understand emotional jurors filling in the gaps, such as they were.

Here, where a finalist can look at a question, think on it, construct a carefully crafted answer? The jurors should just let it be. Be a juror, not an advocate. That's my feeling on the matter.

I knew if Rory was in the finals, Rudy would be advocating for him to win. With Rory rocked out of the game, Rudy moves onto his second choice, Yul. I don't buy Yul having played a better game than Cass or Sarah for that matter. I just don't buy it. The more I see Rudy making the case, the more I read it as, I like Yul better, he should win. Which is fine, I just wish he'd admit it.

And I do think you can twist anything the finalists say in their answers. I think Sarah has handled herself very well, given the crappy hand she was dealt in both the game and now the finals.

- Sun Aug 27, 2017 6:16:39 pm #10310 It would have been excellent to see this ftc if cass was on the jury, but that's only because Cass seems to be the clear front runner and the push for Yul seems very much like trying to make sure Sarah doesn't come second rather than Yul being good on his own merit.

I don't think Yul objectively is the worst since I didn't follow anything he did and can't comment on that, but it doesn't look like he did much of anything after the merge. I can see why people aren't hot on Sarah, she's very low effort if she's not invested in you lol (bitch ignores me on skype now i'm outta the game i c u :P !!!) but people ignore that it's hard to be besties with people who target you constantly, acting as if she wasn't probably a boot option every single round to some extent. Sarah deserves to do well, even if Cass deserves to win (idk but looks like she's killed it).

I would throw her name around all the time but in a more "she is the backup" kind of way and it made it so easy to distance ourselves when in reality I'm pretty sure we were telling eachother everything??

Also I don't think I ever thought anyone loved my essays, boo at her trying to act like she tanked my game when the only one who tanked my game was myself!!

Cass better win this but I don't think she will because this jury is filled with people who aren't solid votes for her I feel. She deserves it though and I think had the most TRUTHFUL ftc at the end of it, because Yul made a lot of his things sound a lot greater than they are. Yul is a websters definition of amazing FTC speeches though, he really killed this.

Sarah gave a good one too I'm not going to lie despite her relishing in the fact that she got me back for screwing her over a bunch :( I don't think she deserves the win here though, but I respect the fact that she came at everyone being real about what she felt like her chance were and didn't try and say she played the best game out here like Yul is looking like he's doing, not that he is completely wrong or anything.

Excited to read confessionals tomorrow and i hope everyones still around for the skype or discord chat, whichever yall end up wanting to do.

Nah it's just really bad for me because I can only respond to essays in the morning (US time) and by the time people respond I am on my phone at work. Imagine trying to reply to a 6 para message on your phone before tribal lol.

I usually openly tell short PMers I will be more loyal to them because essays are really really hard for me. Like a couple mobile friendly messages during the day and maybe 1 medium length which is more general chat strategy nothibg time sensitive is perfect for me and I love people who do that. When I'm loyal to you i don't need to talk all the time i can just be like ok who we doing cool x confirmed ty bae. But that's just me. Long PMers to burn in hades
