Regardless of if your tribe wins or loses, all three tribes will be going to every Tribal Council. The two players voted off of the two Immune tribes will swap places and receive Individual Immunity for the next Tribal Council they attend.

Yes through the magic of reality television your time starts as soon as you post in the thread and once you do the pieces will appear in the first post of that thread.
