Well we're getting down to the nitty gritty. Everyone looking to position themselves for the W. Some trying to avoid the target, some looking to make themselves a bigger target thus have a reason for the jury to vote for them. Which camp are you in?First of all, HI NICK! Glad to see you back.
I'm actually currently debating which camp I'm in. I think right now I'm not a HUGE target. I'm not outspoken at tribal, I haven't directed votes any which way, people know I'm not at the heart of things. Which is good, but also bad if I'm at the F3 with a resume that says "I let others take each other out." It's not a bad strategy, it's worked before, but it's not guaranteed and it's also not very fun. So I think I'm going to be moving in the direction of being a bigger threat, cause it's more fun that way anyway. Probably not this next vote since Mia is a popular option with the PII, and Sarah a nice secondary, but the one following would be a great time to make a move on Rudy.
What is your clear path to the final and what are the other options out there?I honestly don't fucking know what that looks like. I've tried working forwards through F3 and I've tried working backwards from F3 to see if I could get a picture for what things look like, but I'm not sure honestly.
I have Cass. Obviously. I need her for the long haul and she'll be my F4 girl. But at that point, she's gotta go because I don't think I'll be able to beat her. She'll kill the FTC speech and question/answer round. Plus most of my game is her game and vice versa, we have the SAME story. I know she knows it too.
Yul approached me with a F2 offer saying he knew he couldn't beat Rudy, Andrea, and possibly Cass but thnks we're on a level playing field. I actually LOVE that idea because I also don't think I can beat those people. I do, however, think I could gain some ground on Yul and edge him out, depending on who is next to us at F3. So I like that option.
Andrea is the nicest fucking person on this earth and for that she cannot be at FTC. She knows it, everyone knows it. And now with this Vytas blindside that she literally orchestrated from dawn to dusk, yea there's no way anyone wants her there. Maybe she's in the F5 with Yul, Myself, Cass, and whoever else. But I can't let her near FTC. Nobody will. Maybe she's F4 and Cass is F5?
Rudy... I don't know what the fuck to think about Rudy. I think I finally need to just believe that's he's working with Yul and I for reals and is NOT going to blindside me or Yul. I just can't stop thinking that he's working over Mia or Lil or who the fuck ever just in case he needs them. So he's gotta go at some point, maybe F7? I haven't thought about this too much but he's nowhere near F5.
Mia is an interesting one. She seems really threatening, even more so now that she has an idol. So do you go for her now or do you wait and hope she burns it, knowing if she doesn't she has another round of safety. Plus is Mia actually that threatening?? I don't really know at this point, like yea she has Sarah and Lil, but even this last vote Sarah strayed from the plan. So that's weird. I think I just want her gone ASAP but she may be one to take further down the line. Something about threats working together, as Probst would say (but seriously are either of us threats??).
Sarah, literally whev the fuck ever. Might be a PERFECT F3 goat because of how out of the loop and abrasive she is. She's not in the know of anything and she hasn't done anything and people mostly dislike her (I think, but maybe that's my own bias lol). So She's either now or never, and never ain't a bad option. I just know she's ALWAYS against me. Which is why...
Rory seems like a good F3 option as well. He ALSO has not done anything, he's always left out of the vote, he posts cat pictures and gets clued in last minute if people want to. I do like Rory, I think he's a nice person, but he got dealt a shitty hand and has not been able to get rid of it. If I can try to secure something with him, then he can have Sarah's spot at F3.
Who's left?
Oh Lil. Lil is also an odd one. Cass and I vote for her, she's idols out Brenda, then comes up with the plan for us all to work together? And then we leave her out of this vote for Vytas, she's mad, but now she's all on board the Faroe train? I don't even fucking know. I'll basically use her for now, but she's against me and I know it. If we're splitting with Mia and Sarah, we can be honest with her since she has no power. It would be quite funny to see her tell Mia, Mia votes for Sarah instead and doesn't use her idol. Gets rid of my problem, lets me know Lil is a snake, we can all move happily forward. But yea she's just kind of here. Maybe she's F6? Again I haven't thought about this much, although I think I hit all the numbers?
F3 - Ozzy, Rory, Yul
F4 - Andrea
F5 - Cass
F6 - Lil
F7 - Rudy
F8 - Mia
F9 - Sarah
I'm pretty much banking on Andrea's F3 of me her Cass to keep me safe and know she doesn't flip on me.
I know Cass won't flip on me until F4 (or F5 if she's being smart like I am).
Rory has no use for flipping on me.
Rudy and Yul, if they're solid together will flip after this next vote. But if Yul is honest about his deal with me, he won't flip and Rudy will expose himself at F8 (woah this could be a gnarly prediction!).
And then I don't trust Lil, Sarah, Mia.
I half feel like Andrea last season in Socotra... everyone likes her, nobody is making a move on her, something stupid happens and she goes big bang boom. Hoping I'm not that.
